Pipicha
Balsam Farms
Naturally grown
A flavorful herb used in Mexican cuisine. Similar flavor to Papalo, though Pipicha looks remarkably different with tall, wispy stems and long, slender, needle-shaped green leaves. Its small round buds are a beautiful shade of dusky pale blue and dark purple. Much like Papalo, Pipichia’s distinct flavor is stronger than Cilantro with a hint of Mint and a bit of a citrus finish.
Store dry in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
