Mini Marigold Flowers come in varying colors of yellow, orange, gold, red, and mahogany. Each blossom is made up of five outer petals surrounding smaller inner florets. These flowers are approximately 1 to 3 centimeters in diameter and have a pungent aroma. The flavor is citrusy with mint undertones.
They will keep two-five days when stored covered in plastic in the refrigerator.
