Marjoram looks very similar to oregano, with light green, slightly oval-shaped leaves, growing in pairs along its tender stems. The leaves tend to be more round and elliptical than those of oregano, and a tad less fuzzy. Marjoram has a sweet flavor mixed with hints of pine and citrus.
Store dry in an airtight container in the fridge for one to two weeks.
