Their creamy white flesh is exceptionally crisp and aromatic, with notes of honey flavor and a balanced content of sugar and acid lending to a pleasant sweet-tart taste, making this apple a crowd favorite among adults and children!
These apples are excellent for both fresh eating and cooking, such as baking or roasting, as they maintain their sweetness even after being cooked.
Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
