Green Sorrel has been cultivated for centuries. Green Sorrel has a distinct sour flavor and sharp lemony tangy due to its oxalic acid content. The wide, broad leaves may be puréed in soups and sauces, added to salads, or used to accompany fish.
Store dry in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Best used within 3-4 days.
