Green Kale is one of the more common varieties of kale. A member of the cabbage family, Green Kale has tight, curled leaves and fibrous stalks. Despite it’s slightly bitter, peppery taste and tough texture, Kale is highly nutritious. Massage it with lemon or vinegar or cook it to mellow out the flavor.
