Bachelor’s Button or Cornflower come in varying shades of blue, pink, purple, burgundy, and white. These flowers are approximately 1″-1.25″ in diameter and have a sweet and spicy flavor that falls somewhere between cloves and black pepper, with notes of field greens.
They will keep two-five days when stored covered in plastic in the refrigerator.
