Baby Lettuce Mix is our mix of tender, baby lettuces. Harvest young, these lettuce leaves are small, tender, delicate, and sweet. Our Baby Lettuce Mix includes fresh red and green baby lettuce leaves from some or all of the following varieties: loose-leaf, butterhead, romaine, and crisphead.
Pair Baby Lettuce Mix with a pint of Sungolds, some fresh mozzarella, and drizzle with our Balsam Vinaigrette for a quick, easy, and delicious salad!
