Nasturtium Leaves are round and tender, about 1″-2″ in diameter. Both the flowers and leaves of the Nasturtium plant are edible and have a pungent, peppery taste. The delicate leaves and flowers are best suited for garnishing sweet or savory dishes such as salads and cakes, or freeze the flowers into ice cubes for a colorful, refreshing drink.
They will keep two-five days when stored covered in plastic in the refrigerator.
