Iceberg Lettuce form tightly bound heads with broadly shaped leaves that are thick-walled and concentrated with more water than virtually any other green. It’s outer leaves are richly green while the inside is white, juicy, and mild with a crisp, satisfying crunch. All the leaves form a nearly perfect globular head, perfect to slice up for a wedge salad.
