The Habanero has thin and waxy skin with slight exterior wrinkling. Their petite pods have a distinctive lantern-like shape. A close relative of the Scotch bonnet pepper, this pepper is HOT. It has a subtle apricot aroma and offers an intense and pungent heat at 200,000 – 300,000 Scoville units.
