Cutting Celery, also called leaf celery and soup celery, is darker, leafier, and has thinner stalks than traditional celery. The leaves have a strong, bold, almost peppery flavor that makes for a great accent in cooking.
Store dry in an airtight container in fridge for 3-4 days.
